BOARD MEMBER:
We currently have five very dedicated and hardworking members on our Villages' Board of Directors.
Like the rest of us, they moved here looking for a peaceful, harmonious retirement in an environment where most of the stress of owning a home is greatly reduced.
Theirs is certainly a totally thankless job that they work hard at unselfishly without ANY monetary compensation as well as very little spoken appreciation. They are the few who have agreed to work extensively to benefit us all. We owe them respect and thanks for all they accomplish on our behalves.
Though all board members expect phone calls from unit homeowners, they respectfully ask that you try to limit your calls to regular "real-world" business hours (9AM-5PM) whenever possible.
Whenever you see them on the street, why not take just a minute to tell them how much you appreciate the hard work they are doing for all of us. They seldom hear praise, but they sure DO get alot of criticism.
